I wish I knew
Reflecting on my past, especially approaching my 44th birthday, has sparked lessons I wish I knew in my twenties.
Growing up in a modest household, my parents taught me love but not necessarily the rules for success.
I've learned that whether dealing with my hyperactive bipolar diagnosis or developing focus through time blocking, life's unfair nature shouldn’t cause despair.
Rather, we should embrace reality's challenges and use them as stepping stones for progress.
Building resilience means accepting lost friendships, prioritizing health, and sticking to our true selves.
It's a journey where understanding seasons of life and embracing mental and physical wellness define the path.

PEAK INSIGHTS
Time Blocking: Schedule everything, even health routines, to master focus and eliminate distractions. This helps align life with personal priorities for a balanced lifestyle.
Embrace Unfairness: Life's lack of fairness isn't a setback. It's a reason to leverage any competitive advantage you have within ethical boundaries.
Consistent Creation: Focus on producing more than consuming. This ensures you’re building a life of value rather than passively living in others' realities.

PEAK POTENTIAL
Embrace "Extreme Ownership." As per Jocko Willink, a former Navy SEAL, taking absolute responsibility empowers greater control and effectiveness.
Start with this: Identify a recent mistake, own it, and draft an action plan for improvement.
Rise and rise again until lambs become lions (in 3 minutes)
